Shouldn't you be promoting made in Canada? With good quality bearings made in the USA...
I also challenge you to find a set of Rear Bearings made in the USA....

That would be my guessWith the tire in the air 3/8 is pretty damn tight. It will be very tight when bike is down.
Can you move the tire laterally? Wondering if it's bad bearings.

in the wheel hub or the tranny, can you feel it in the wheel hub or the tranny? put a finger on each one at a time while rotating it, maybe you can feel the click/bumpCarefully feel the teeth with your fingertip. No sharp edges on them biting into and releasing from the belt?Teeth are looking ok. From what I can tell.
Check your belt and wheel alignment. I use a yardstick against the rear fender against the inner side of the belt. the belt should travel even distance around.Wheel doesn't move laterally.
Timken part # 205KDD2Shouldn't you be promoting made in Canada?

I know the timken part number but it's not made in USA.Timken part # 205KDD2
My recommendation is that you start with the belt first, if you go after the bearings you may be adding additional issues without correcting the clicking sound. Just my 2 cents. How rough of a job is that??
That's a shame, although I got some Timken bearings last year and stamped right on them...made in Canada..kinda like Ker's Hellcat, also made in Canada..I know the timken part number but it's not made in USA.
Timken has since added an asterisk on the spec sheet of the bearings.
*country of origin may change
That is the easy way out saying "we now make it overseas but don't want to advertise it"..lol
