Okay didn't want to jinx myself so I waited to post this. I think I posted last year right at the 6 month chrome warranty, my front rim chrome started peeling, cool BigDog replaced it under warranty, cost me $10 for the dreaded "shop supplies". Well a month ago my back rim started peeling, now six months past chrome warranty. My local shop wasn't working the issue for me so, I contacted BigDog myself, sent the pics straight to them. Well BigDog has come thru for me again and will replace the rear rim under warranty as well. Our bikes my require more hands on then others, like to call it love myself, but BigDog at least for me, has come thru again. No one has paid me for my product endorsement, had to say that for legal purposes...lol. Oh, I also owe the forum some pics of my 1st gandchild still, that was a post from last Saturday, try to get them on here this weekend. Ya'll be safe, cya.

yeah great to hear, since I have a little chrome issue too, the cross brace on the front shocks has a bad side to it that the chrome just didn't take well and the finish puckered and wrinkled. I was begininng to consider having it repaired, can't have a blemish on the BIG BLACK DEVIL.

Yeah that chrome on the crossbar on the font shocks doesn't last. I had it replaced under warranty. Still a little shady.

Finally got the rear wheel replaced. It was back ordered for a while. I'm feeling better each time I take the bike to Jacks Custom Cycle's in Lexington, SC. If you look back you'll see the chrome was more than 6 months out of warranty but they replaced it anyway. Anyway, back to Jack's I think most experiences at service centers goes back to the mechanic that works on the bike, as long as they do a good job and care about your bike like it's their own it will be a good experience. Even though I do as much as possible on my own bike if its still under warranty than somethings are better left with them. The mechanic "Bill" even called BigDog about several issues I didn't even ask about, he was just checking things he wanted clarification on. Anyway, BigDog took care of me on the warranty side. Ride Safe!!!!
