:2thumbs::2thumbs:Thank YouMisalignment. With my 04 Pit I could never get the alignment quite right, until I tore it down and aligned the motor Trans and rear tire at the same time. Runs true and has even wear (for Kansas anyway).
Sounds like a pressure point relieving itself.My '05 Chopper had a similar wear pattern that baffled me. Then I realized that the damn swing arm was broken, as is not at all uncommon for the particular year/model that I had. Always thought it strange that there was enough strain on the swing arm bolt to cause it to break, and yet once it broke, the bike would ride for a long distance without a sign of it having broke. You'd think that the swing arm would go let loose, but alas, that was never the case.
