Rear master cylinder leak

My rear master cylinder is leaking. Based on my research the only thing responsible for leaking is the O ring around the nylon piston. Mine was in good shape but I replaced anyway and it still leaks.

Also it's not coming out of the brake line banjo fitting

Any thoughts?

mine was leaking and bikers dream replaced it for me. call steve or lannie over there as they might have different options for you

thanks will do. Seems like a shame to replace for what should be a simple fix.

I wonder if the bore should be honed out and re-sized.
