Anyone had any luck locating a reliable source for the rear fuel tank mount for a 06 Mastiff? Checked with BDP a while ago, they said out of stock....I know what that means.

Earl I checked with Amylu awhile ago, also checked with the others except Black dog. Damn thing is hard to locate.
I put red loctite on when I thought I fixed it the first time. Should not have screwed the mount in down flush to the back bone. Damn tank sits low and the motor mount is rubbing on the bottom of the tank, don't need a hole. Just wanted another so I can remove the old one, have to cut the rubber to do that.
Might have to grind a little off the top of the motor mount, I'll figure something out. Just would be nice to get a new mount.

When I was looking for a side tag mount I just started calling dealers state by state till I found one. I'm sure someone else makes them it's just a matter of finding who....I'll take a look. Just sitting here drinking beer anyway..

Made a rear tank mount out of plastic, did not have enough give like the rubber OEM mount to wedge into the pocket of a Mastiff tank. Anyway, ordered and recieved new front and rear mounts from BDM Performance Products within five days! Installed them today, seems BDM Performance might be getting their shit together. Web site is a hell of a lot better then it was.
