So a few years back i was checking out the show room in Wichita, seen a rear fender bag with suction cups on it...no not talking about the P-Pad...this bag sits where the P-Pad go's but is zippered...I dont run with my sissy bar unless on a trip..but with the current job need to be able to carry a few small items, anyone else seen these or possibly have one to sell?

if it is anything like the p-pad, it probably has the same tendency to take unexpected side trips without the rider knowing about them until it is too late. especially since you say they are held on by suction cups. just sayin'.

Yeah thought about that...IF I can find one thinking about adding a couple of small straps with snaps, hook it to the seat...

Somebidy's making a fender bag for that setup now for no luggage rack -- saw it theother day -- as soon as I find the link I'll send it.

Somebody was discussing the delima of losing p-pads and suggested a simple piece or two of higher gauge, like 25lb test monofiliment fish string tied around the suction cups of your seat and the suction cups of your bag or pad, practically unnoticable, cheap. easy, and strong enough to hold it if it blows off. :2thumbs: So get you P-bag and tie it on.

They have been made for a long time now. And they are not using suction cups but magnets. J&P cycle I believe have them. look under tank bags. They look like a p pad with a zipper around the edge.

I promise you can get one with rubber coated magnets. Sport bikes and BMW bikes use them on the gas tanks. No maRks from suction cups.

I have one of those bags

I have one of those bags with the suction cups. Like has been said here ,was a great idea, but, the suction cups would not hold the bag stabble. Even though there is a strap that goes under the seat it still has a tendency to flop to the side.
Covered magnetic attachment could be a better way to go.

I have a custom cut swingarm bag that allows the big radius exhaust.
Works great for cell phone, extra goggles, sun screen, face mask, etc.

Found it. Leatherworks inc.
I think it was the 312 bag.
They sent me a template and I marked it up to match the big radius 2-2 pipes.
Great company. The gal said she would keep the template on file if others wanted the same bag
