Took my 04 ridgeback for a ride yesterday,i noticed a clucking noise comming from rear, pulled over the side of the road,i came aross my rear brake caliper & bracket was moving up & down,so removed my left rear axle cover & inspected the axle bolt, sure thing it was loose,so called my wife to bring some tools to retieghten that bolt,so got the bike home, reck the axle bolt again,it got loosen, well thinking i did not use a torque wrench to tieghten it,need to wait till tomorrow, did anyone had this problem?can't find any thrend on this.
thanks Ben

you gotta use a torque wrench,i like to check these things out once a week during the riding season, check fluids, brakes, lights and all the bolts and nuts,oh and tire pressures, glad you didnt have any major issues while ridn if you know what i mean, stay safe:cheers:

Ben, make sure you aligned the wheel properly and tention the belt tight enough. If you don't have an alignment device make one with a coat hanger. That belt has to be tight and straight to prevent sqeaking and to track properly.
