Wires on coil red,blue and yellow hooked up black and orange plug not hooked to anything is this correct ? Still trying to get tach working gonna swap plug wires tomorrow

Black and orange plug is your old ignition switch connection. You mentioned you had the WP so I would assume that was abandoned.

green wire from ignition module (not coil) straight to green wire on tach/speedo.
If you got power (red wire) and ground (black wire) at the tach/speedo your tach should work.

Yes sir ignition was moved to oil tank cover and air ride switch is where ignition was didn't think about that "I'm not a smart man " thanks for info
