question on firing

just installed a new super g carb on my 03 chopper took it for a spin ran like a bat out of hell for several blocks then dies thought it was carb but maybe not...
today I go make sure all connections are tight and charging system looks good then start the bike it starts up and since it vets warm and dies on me I didn't feel like pushing home again so I had hopes I could warm it up and it would die lol
I started it up went through the carb guide to bet carb set all good there soy d awesome running good so I start throttling it and finally it dies I quickly pull the plug and set itclose to the head and at first it bad spark but then in an awkward position so I moved and tried againand no spark from plug to head the first time it wasn't as noticeable as I thought but second time none at all I checked all connections to coil again all still tight and battery cables still tight I pulled the nose come cover off and I have a hi4 ignition by crane cams
could this be the problem or not I followed the wires through the frame as best I could and to the coil and didn't see broke/loose wires etc. but most of it is inside frame...
any way to test this I have new coil plugs and wires but this has been in theresince I got the bike 4yes ago I don't know on a 03 if its a crank or cam position sensor it bad one plug into the block that just unplugs and has two prongs that goes to vr don't know if that affects it or ot looking for advise testing these things or other things it could be tired of pushing this thing home any suggestions for repair or upgrades are greatly appreciated
sorry for the long read just trying tolet ya know all I can
thanks
Mike

A friend of mine has a hi4 crane ignition on his harley and sometimes the rear cylinder just stops firing for no reason, then starts running good again.
Maybe your ignition module is bad too.

yes it was happening before the carb change
that was a preventative measure to get the xxx carb off the bike since every shop said all the things they checked were good but the carbwas really holding back my performance and tuning..
