How do i know its time to replace pushrod seals.....and adjust? I see a tiny bit of oil on the pushrods. What do i gain by replacing pushrod seals and adjusting them?

Yup, mine has rollers. 06 K9.Give me a call if you need to be walked threw it. Your only an hr and a half away from me or so...
In order to replace the O-Ring seals inside the pushrod tubes, your gonna have to take the rocker boxes apart. You have to do so because the Pushrods themselves have to come out in order to get the tubes out and replace the $10 worth of O-rings
Normally you will not have to do any adjustment to the Pushrods unless you have replaced lifters (tappets), cams, collapsed the pushrod itself, ect...so if non of this has been done, you can just mark the pushrod itself as to location (ex: Front Intake, Front Exhaust, Rear intake, rear exhaust)
If you get them mixed up for some reason, you can go off the length and I'll have to go over that with ya.
There is an adjustment procedure to them as well and you will need to make sure you don't have hydro solid lifters.
FYI, some of the early motors with the TP style rocker boxes did use Roller style rocker arms. Ones BDM started buying the motors complete from S&S, they did away with them.

Pushrod tube keeper = the upper portion that clips in, and keeps the tubes from collapsing.what is a push rod keeper? i see oil on the pushrods themselves.. How often should pushrod seals be replaced? and how often should they be adjusted?
