PULL BACK RISERS

Energy One
Risers are integrated into the handlebars on all big dogs. You need to start comparing the rise and pullback of other big dog models and years. For instance I have a 2004 chopper that I'm using 2005 ridgeback bars on. Keep in mind you may also need to purchase hand control wiring harness and possibly a clutch cable if the difference is real drastic.

Well Alhall is running a set. I would say due to the angle of the tripples... they would bring them back and slightly up.

img368.jpghey all I just put a set of 1 1/2" spacers on my 06 mastiff that my neighbor made for me out of alumium stock. They work great. I'm 6' 1" and it makes a huge difference. He drilled and tapped them for me and also made a second set with a straight thru hole. On the set that he tapped he got me 2 set screws so i could tighten in two places and still use the original bolts. He is going to make another set for me out of steel and then have 'em chromed. We talked about selling these and he was thinking about $50 a pair. Here are some pics.

Thanks Alhall,
I will try that sometime (maybe this winter when too cold to ride). Should have asked too, did you have to change any wiring or cable lengths? It looks like the cables have plenty of room to move 2 or 3 inches on mine and still not bind or rub.
You guys on this forum are great help.

I may have got away with the stock handle bar wire harness but I found a set off a ridgeback on ebay and bought them. They are definitely longer and gave me all kinds of extra. But all the stock cables worked fine.

I put the Ridgeback bars on my 05 Chop years ago. Had to take some slack out of the wiring harness under the tank by cutting all the zipties to get just a bit more slack. Only issue is when I put it on the lift the front brake hose is stretched tight but it's hung in there for a few years.

So as others have stated just do it!! :D

Go with the bars. Spacers on a custom bike look a little to custom to me.
