its really not that hard. Read the instructions and then read them again. If you got any specific questions ask away. I haven't read the instructions for a while but you simply need to cut the ferrule off your cables making sure you have the specified length of inner cable left exposed from the sheath.

first off what is an "ideal screw"??? the settings (presumably you mean the carb settings) are not solely dependent on engine size either

can you ask your question again in a way that makes sense because with all due respect I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about
