I finally got the WP system installed... Props for those who were able to have a clean installation... i tried my best but I feel like I failed at having a clean install, as you can see...

For those that are afraid of trying it... its simple.. I just followed Don's direction step by step.

Anyways... I was not able to finished today. One major indicator that tells me its working, my high beams were not working before and now, every light functions correctly..

Here the before and after pictures... Thanks to all threads in this website I was able to put the WP system successfully. :2thumbs:

I should be riding this bike by tomorrow!:lol::D:D:cheers::cheers::2thumbs:

Looks good to me. Some 1/2" split loom will clean the rest up. Anyone who's done one can tell you the hardest part is stuffing 50lbs of shit back into that 1lb bag. Way too many wires in these things.

nice work

nice work, just completed the job a few days ago also. I also have a 2004. Urs looks cleaner than mine. Just curious did you put your module flat on that bottom lip. Thats what it looks like to me but just checking.

Dantep..I did, I put a locking nut on bottom side.. Plenty of room. Next up will be the Thunderheart 5012 and the new stator... See how it goes.
