Progress on my 2000 Prosport

what motor came on that bike//... I have the same one... not nearly as pretty though... I need to order a top end gasket set and some rings,,,, any reccomenditions???

The 2000 Prosports have an S&S 107 inch engine. Call Curtis at Wildsteedworx. He knows them in and out.

Hard Bodies

I scored a set of Hard Body fork bottoms for the ProSport. I like the hidden axle option. Thanks to the guys at Canton Cycle Specialties. Back in the day they used to be a certified Big Dog Repair center.

Kerker pipes

Scored an original in the box Big Dog exhaust for my Prosport from where else but Bigdogpartsking! The Vance and Hines big shots were for a narrow chest v twin and were too close to the oil lines. I liked the looks and sound but not the rubbing on the oil lines.

The Supertrap pipes were made in Cleveland Ohio which is just 50 miles up the road from me. They made a trip to Kansas and are now back in Ohio. It amazes me that these parts still exists in the original packages.

Empty lift table

I finally have an empty lift table.

The Dog finally gets to go out side.

Finished my bike up last Monday. I spent the last few evenings working out a couple of bugs and have it running pretty decent now. Took it to Rittman Ohio to the Salt City Show down car and motorcycle show today. The pics aren't the best.
