I have been spending lots of time in the shop putting my Prosport back together. Here are some pics of the progress.

Frame fresh from the paint shop.I wanted the frame to match the rest of the bike so paint not powder coat.

Engine and transmission back in.

Primary back together, rebuilt and polished shocks installed, fender supports installed. Fender installed. So far so good. Lots of polishing and cleaning of parts. It takes a lot of time to do it right.

Before and after pics.

Before I started there were small cheap dirty little bullet lights and a side mount license plate bracket with the wires tied to the swing arm.

Before pic.

Modified fender. Turn signals, running lights.plate light and brake light all in the plate frame.

Running lights on. The dumb ass ditch digger finally figured out how to post pics too!

Work on right side

Progress on right side. Installed carb that was rebuilt by John Sachs. New head breather system using the S&S up grade bolt kit. Reinstall exhaust system. Lots of cleaning and polishing especially on the forward controls. One good thing the parts pile is getting smaller.

Thanks for the compliments guys. The paint is House of Colors gold base with Brandywine Kandy top coat. It really pops out in the sun.

Thanks bigdogpartsking !

Before and after pics of my front wheel. I always hated those rusty iron rotors. Bigdogpartsking set me up with this exact fit stainless rotor. Where else on earth would you ever find that?

New stainless rotor and Avon Venom installed. The black spot on the rotor center is the reflection of the Apple badge on the back of my IPad.

Eric the paint is House of Colors it is a gold metal flake base coat with Brandywine Kandy over top of the gold. It is way darker than a candy apple color.

So here is my Prosport as it sits today,

Actually put it all back together with only a couple of small marks on the clear coat. Should buff right out. The wiring is all done including the wiring to the new license plate bracket. The engine fired up on about the second time around. Sounded good to hear it run again. Just waiting for my tripple tree to come back from the machine and chrome shops. SOON I hope the weather is finally getting nice here in Ohio.
