problems with Sterling?

any one know if Sterling Cycle Accessories is having any problems or if this is normal? I emailed back and forth with them early last week about getting seats, no problem. told them either later that week or next I would have the money and be ordering and the said they would get thinking on ideas for the design. well anyways, since Thursday I have called several times and goes straight to answering machine, left a message once and have emailed twice but still haven't heard anything back. anyone else ever had a similar problem with them or know if they are having problems right now?

I just got my seat back from them last week. No problems. Several emails back and forth.

I even sent seat back for some changes. Turned out perfect. Very happy with it.

good to hear, every post I have read everyone is happy with their work. just kinda wondering cause I talked to them early last week no problem but haven't been able to get ahold of them again since Thursday.

ok good news, heard back from sterling this evening an we are getting started. getting a 2up seat with stitching to match some graphics I put on the bike and a custom made sissy bar pad with same design on it too.
