i have a question about my 03 pitbull... when shopping for parts for my primary... is my primary a baker or is it a big dog? this is my first big dog and i dont know anything about it. if anyone has any info or a manual for this please help, thank you in advance !

03s use a generic type softail primary case.

Franco haven't been on here in a week or two. The nature of his work takes him away at a moments notice. I am sure when he returns he will send you the PDFs. There are instructional vids on utube that may help you. If you work on the clutch basket make sure you use the torque specs listed on this site. What kind of work are you doing to your primary?

Just changing the seals but i would like a diagram for future reference. Also ive been told that my primary is an early model softail. But what year ? I have an 03 pitbull.

I am not sure what year but I know there are two different gaskets for the early primaries. Ask me how I know!

Did you purchase it new with that primary or did you buy it used?

my 2004 is a 1.5 inch off set, Rivera Primo primary, but it uses random harley gaskets.
