Primary inner plate install

When I reinstalled my inner primary plate I thought I did every thing correctly but I have an oil leak between the primary plate and the engine. I am not quite sure what I may have missed. Any suggestions. And no I am not installing a belt drive. Thanks

there is an o-ring that goes there, you didn't forget or pinch it did you?
