Power to the coil but no spark! Help!

After checking the ignition module I have power coming in and out of it.

Where are you measuring the power in/out?

I also checked my relays and sensors and they all seem to be ok.

What "relays and sensors"? And how did you check them?

I hate to ask so many questions but it's information that anyone trying to help needs to know. You need to be as specific as you can when you describe symptoms and troubleshooting done.

I dont mind questions one bit, I'll try to be more descriptive. I've checked the power in and out of the module on both sides of the connectors with a test light. The sensors I referred to where the cam and oil sensor. As for the relays in the pdm I can hear and feel them clicking. I'm no way electrical savvy so I might be going about it the wrong way.

I noticed Curtis said CRANK sensor. and kickstand is saying cam sensor, is there more than one sensor hooked to the ignition modual just asking as I am going through the same thing.
my red light comes on some time on ign mod but doesn't flash, I am thinking crank sensor down by regulator plug, am I thinking strait Curtis?? If so can I just buy a Harley crank sensor or are they different for our dogs (06 k9)
