Hi all. Came out this morning and found all my lights, including tachometer was alight. Disconnected wire to battery momentarily but after a few minutes, all lights came back on again. I have not long had a new thunderheart module and battery installed, and have ridden a half dozen times with no issues. I've had to disconnect this wire while on trickle charge so I don't flatten the battery. Any help into this matter would be great thanks.

Sounds like you might have short in the system.
Chase the wire from the key switch and see what's going on. Year and model of bike will help us help you.

Check the headlight plug inside the bucket as well. As Mike said, sounds like a short. Wiring under the tank is subject to chaffing so ck there too.

chance of what Mike and HMAN said and makes me think of the old Gasman saying "Why pay someone else to F--K up your bike"

When you turn the key on look at your EHC for fault lights to maybe get some clues.

Pull the coil cover off and disconnect the JST connector to the keyswitch and then re-connect battery.
If it powersup then chase the wires from the the coil cover back to ehc and look for a short. (Might need to pull the tank off to expose wires)

I recently had the wires on one of my K-9s rub on the frame and short where they come out of the backbone tube, years of vibration and pulling when working on things and well..... sealed it back up and all is well again with that issue.
