Looks like it was set up somewhat lean to get the bigger 150HP number up to where it's at.
It's going to look that way because it's lacking the needed fuel to carry the torque through the curve properly!
Look below at the air/fuel, it's showing the same thing.

Usually torque starts dropping off much sooner of max hp happens much later after torque starts to decrease.
