Powder coating engine question

I had my mastiff 2009 engine powder coated red. After each ride I wipe the bike down and I notice the white cloth I use turned slightly red when I go in between the engine fins. Is the powder coat being released? Why does this happen? Anyone have this issue? etc etc? Thanks

I would not worry to much about that... I had one done and it did the same thing for a bit... Also i used a Mr Clean Magic eraser when i got caught in the rain and cooked the road shit to the motor and it cleaned all the junk of the motor when i cleaned it...
