If members would list their project numbers on their postings, (especially where failures are concerned) folks at the factory who may monitor this site will be able to pull up the build history of that particular bike and respond with an informed answer focused on that bike.
It's one thing for an annomous customer to speak of problems, but when project numbers are involved, they notice.
I know if I worked at the Puppy Farm and read about issues, I wish that I could relate the problem to the actual motorcycle. This will take many variables out of the issue.
Project # is on the left side of the neck (opposite the serial #)
Odds are someone on this site can help, but the more information a question has, the better we can (the forum members first) help answer the question.
