thinking of trading my 03 pitbull for 07 k 9 what does all the k 9 owners think about your k 9 and everyone else, what do you think like to do long rides on weekend like panama city to atlanta and panama city to biloxi mslove long rides is the k 9 good for me

Took a spin on Alicats and I expected to feel the 300 tire but didnt. If I were in the market now it would be my choice!!!!!:cheers: :2thumbs:

got a 03 road king with mustang seat "both are easy on your ass & back.!

mines feels great, rode from SC to Daytona and back in 2 days. shoulders hurt from the back packs but thats cause I don't have the sissy bar to strap stuff onto. otherwise I love it.

If you buy straight out you typically get the best deal. If you sold your current bike first that makes a good downpayment if you need it. Typically in a trade you can loose a few thousand bucks maybe more, maybe less depend on the values.:eek:

Here's something to consider. Mod the old bike all to hell cause you will want to do the same with the new one but won't have the extra cash due to the bike cost.

When I asked my dealer that, he said, "Think about it - I'm in the business of SELLING bikes, not BUYING them. You'll do much better selling it yourself."

I thought that was some pretty straight talk. He has overhead to cover - you don't.
