Possible EHC problem???

Recently purchased my first BDM. After taking out on my first ride realized the stator was shot....seller forgot to mention it...must have slipped his mind. Anyway, bike started and ran fine, turn signals and headlight worked fine, and I could see no other issues other than the stator. Took the bike in and had the stator/flywheel replaced and all is well. Not so fast, although the charging system is working fine, I now have an electrical issue. The turn signals and brake light work fine at an idle but do not work when the bike is under rev. I've been reading all the posts about the EHC problems, could this be my problem?? Seems kinda funny everything worked fine when it was pulling its juice straight from the battery but now that the charging system has been fixed I have issues. Any help would be appreciated....

Thanx

I will give it a check. My mechanic said the charging system was working fine, which included the VR. I suppose if he didn't check the system at a higher RPM he could be mistaken. What makes you think its the VR? Only asking so I can learn a few things from those with the know-how.

fwiw, inconsistent voltage flow. may be totally wrong but it's worth checking before you start cussin' the EHC

I'd also look for loose connections paying close attention to areas that were worked on when they changed the stator. And when checking the battery connections for security make sure to give all the wires a little tug to make sure the crimps tight...

Update....I have approx 12.9v at idle and approx. 14.3v at 3000rpm. I checked for bad connections, bad wires, etc and found nothing. Turn signals and brake lights work fine at idle, but as soon as the motor revs they quit. Headlight is working fine with no voltage flux. I have 13.5v volts at the tail light and 13.5v on the brake light.....however, when the motor is at rev I have a flux from 13.5v to 9v at the brake light.
