That is the same jetting that I am running with a 585 cam and Vance and Hines 2 into 2 exhaust with original baffles cut in half and thunder city baffles in front of the stock baffles, plugs look good, still a bit rich but in my opinion a little rich is better than too lean and I can't stand popping at all, just my personal preference, and it runs the best it ever has, flat out hauls ass!I'm running a stock motor with V&H 2-1. Setting the idle mixture screw to best idle(1 turn out) it pops on decal. If I richen it 1/8-1/4 out on the idle mixture screw, the popping is almost gone. Plugs look nice. Running 33/78 jets with stock air bleed. I had Mean Mothers on the bike last year and the popping was pretty much the same. Once in a while when I start it HOT, it pops real loud out the exhaust, like a shotgun blast.
