This is the only place I come to for motorchopper advice. These poor guys on Facebook just get some of the most outrageous answers to their questions. I have a little bit of experience now that I'm into my 3rd year of chopper life and try to help but some of those jerks are on there just to give bad advice. Who the fuck still falls for the muffler belt joke? And when they do, I suggest a moped.

That's why, when I see someone asking a question on there, I send them a message like this.
Just throwing a FYI at you. There is a forum with a lot better information on keeping that Dog barking.

And a place that has most of the parts you will ever need.

Help spread the word out there.
We'll have to watch out for the knuckleheads that migrate over with the good ones.

You mean to tell me that I really don't need to send away for a new muffler belt? It's just a joke? That's a good thing cause now I can use that money to buy the turn signal lubricant that they say I need to use.
You gotta tell me where you found turn signal fluid -- I think the entire state of South Carolina is out of it and has been since before I moved here.
We need several tanker trucks full for the people down here.

And the EHC questions are the ones that bother me. So many of those poor dudes are ready to replace the ehc at the simplest issues. Those aren't cheap and then you get some asshole who knows everything that says because your tires are low that you need a new ehc. Or the one yesterday where a gent was adjusting his clutch and cable and was having a problem hitting N afterwards. Most of his answers from the Facebook experts were that he needed his entire tranny rebuilt.
