How the heck do you send a private message?

I'm on a mobile device, but I click on the persons screen name & then click on start a conversation

@awg Or just click on the Envelope Icon at the top right corner next to your name.

and add the users name, title of the conversation and remarks

 

[Mr. Wright]

And then click, ( Start a conversation ) after you have your messaged typed.
