Plugs are different color

Put a new Braille battery in the dog today and figured I'd replace the plugs. My front plug was completely black, rear plug was white slight brown. I replaced the plugs and rode about 5 hours today. Still the same result with the plugs -- pics attached.

Recent upgrades:
K&N Filter
DaVinci Carb. Running 32/76 with .60 Air Bleed. Mixture screw is at 1 1/2 turns, accel pump I had left at 2 turns out but today had horrible gas mileage. I turned it back in 1/2 turn and ran fine (perhaps another 1/2 turn may work).

The bike runs and pulls hard. Maybe it's in my head but the last few times I've gone out it feels like it has a weak idle.....but once I crack the throttle it's fine.

Not sure where to start?

Note: had Champions put NGK's in.

Check your plug wires and the coil. If good, run a compression check. If thats ok, you may need to adjust your lifters. maybe set your idle up a little. Just a couple of quick thoughts!

Knows some things
I'll x2 that. mine looked the same way when I was trying to get my lifter adjusted. Make sure you know what lifters you have before you start adjusting.

Thanks fellas...

I'll check intake leak, plug wires, coil, etc. tonight.

Lifters, compression are above my skill level!

Just sprayed WD40 and no change in idle. I did notice on the manifold there is a vacuum port of sorts that the cap has broken off. Could this be it?

^ stock kerker 2 into 1.

Thanks again for the tips fellas. Never noticed the port, not sure how long it's been uncapped. I'll start there.
