Hi All,
I just bought an 03 Husky and had to use vice grips to get the gas cap off. I have read several posts which suggest the problem is the plastic used which swells due to ethanol. It looks like I already have the paint saver hole ring because the thread diameter is much smaller than my Harley Fatboy. My question is, does anyone know where I can buy the newer plastic screw in section OR where I can buy replacement gas caps that will fit? I hear Landmark does not make the gas caps which are specific for BD's. Has anyone purchased just the gas cap that fits? Contacts and part numbers would be greatly appreciated? :2thumbs:
