i am buying a set fo pipes from exotic choppers they are called fuelies.
would you have baffles put in them or not?
the guy ther said not to that they sound great and the big inch motors dont need them.
I was told to ceramic coating them to help stop blueing for 90.00 dollars
I love a loud pipes but i do not want to hurt the motor.
I was also told i need to change the air bleed on the super G carb because big dog had to change them for epa.
any help would be great thank you so much
this is the link to the pipes i want Exotic Choppers Fuelies

I think its against the law to put baffles in fuelies.
yes, you'll need to fatten up the carb, you dont want her running lean

believe motors need a little bit of back pressure to maintain low end torque. but if you like loud pipes, i think you found what you want.

I dont know what those pipes cost, ceramic coating will help with the bluing. But if your looking for a similair style check out the FSD exhausts he has heat shields on them which keep them looking alot better.

No baffles needed, plus I don't see how you could get one in there.

I had Big Dog Remove the baffles from my pipes BEFORE they installed them. I've had it 5 years now without an issue!! no tickets, no mechanical problems. LOVE THEM!!! :2thumbs:
