welcome to world of imports, Cav if this continues you may want to add a small blind drill and tapped hole so they can just back out the screw if the pegs they are using rotate to far.You could put them in the clevis itself with maybe a 10-32 set screw that way if necessary all they have to is back out the screw slightly.Some of these pegs may not be too easy to tap as the aluminum clevis itself.Just a thought...

the pegs i have are the spiked ones off an american ironhorse bike,i'll see how long the stops i put on stay,i'll do like al said,but i'll drill and tap the pegs.i can use a longer screw,i'll try to go by ace and find some chrome button torx head screws.they are perfect now,just slightly tilted back.i've got to replace the rear tire for my next project.

Might want to use a nyloc set screw.
Some of the Kuryakyn pegs do have set screw adjusters.

they should fit lol. i have one set of pass. peg adaptors for 04 softtail style frames avalible. they are the type that bolt thru a single hole. $80 if interested. k-9 style coming soon.

Cav, Alhall and I were talking about it. I think even the newer bikes are still a single bolt. The only difference is the offset to the mount itself.
