Yes, Contact Paypal and put the transaction in dispute. They will contact the other party and try to get it resolved.

I went thru this also. You must put in a dispute thru Paypal. Follow thier direction on what to do. This process will take some time. Have all proof you have ready because you might be asked to provide it. It took me 6 weeks to get my money back. :bang:

Post a note in the Sellers Rating section when you are all said and done. Sorry to hear it's a member new or old. I tend to think of all here as family and this is not good news.

If you have the package he sent you check the return address. Use this link The Official WhitePages - Find People for Free to grab a phone number. If this guy hasn't been on in a while he might not know you're unhappy if you're only contact is this forum.

Just kidding, all what I asked has arrived in perfect condition and very quickly and mounted already.

Ive done more than 100 operations with paypal, just 1 go bad... with an ebay seller. claimed a dispute, follow their instructions and 3 or 4 weeks later my money was back.
