Bought a set of V&H super radius pipes and racking my brain to figure out a way to relocate the passenger peg, site i bought from says "passenger peg must be PERMANENTLY removed, but I work as a machinist in a Cnc manufacturing company, so any measurements are appreciated to fabricate my own, thanks!

Well I suppose it all depends on what model bike you have. Post up a pic or two. And welcome from Kansas.

Get with Eric at HDM, they make an adapter to raise the peg over the pipe.

That’s what my plan is to try but was checking to see if anyone had the original bracket. Not sure if the longhorn offsets will stay tight enough with much pressure on them to keep from rotating
Am I understanding your post correctly? Your moniker is '04 BD Chopper, and you are on a Big Dog forum, but you are inquiring about an original part for a Harley. Right? If so, OEM HD parts are a dime a dozen. Most of us have HD origins and we love to help but J&P might be a better resource for this question, eh?

I talked to hdm and he told me they are out of the relocation bracket that was used for Vance and Hines big radius. Only other thing I know to use is a longhorn offset like for a hwy crash bar to get the peg out of the way of the exhaust or have one machined by a local shop and that would be more than I want to spend. I have harley roots as well as I had a street glide and visited all lower 48 on it. Then along came wife and kids and it was gone. Now I get a few short rides here and there hence the big dog

I had my wife sit on and she was able to stand upright without them rotating. I did use locktite and got it as tight as I could
Well the test will be when you hit a really bad pothole and she ends up standing on them and then the bike bottoms out when it hits the other side.
If you miss all of those you might be ok -- good luck.
