passenger pad

newbee to the site so this question has probably been asked a hundred times but here we go again. on a 08 mastiff with the passenger pad is there a way to attach to the solo seat so it wont fall off when there is no passenger i have a bag that i attach to the sissy bar and rest on the pad so the fender doesn't get scratched. thinking about a strap with velcro or something thanks Bill

im not sure what you mean,what seat falls off?dont both the rider seat and passenger pad have suction cups?
