Party at the Farm 2021--BB BBQ

Thank you Babe for posting that. I had heard rumors from the medical field and first responders that this was a very strong possibility to happen but hadn’t seen proof yet. There are actually two issues going on here with BBBQ as the fine liberals and yuppie in the town have been trying for years to get it to go away and this as last year gave them reason to make the agenda happen. The actual plans that were for this year didn’t have any venders on Dixon street at all ,so the stage and other festivities would have been at Baum stadium which would have displaces all those venders also. None of this really affects us here at the farm as I don’t think anyone has gone to Fayetteville from the farm in years but we all need to remember that this is a very real concern and take precautions to protect ourselves and each other. I’ve lost more friends than I care to count from corona and many more have suffered and have lasting effects and really don’t want to add to those numbers. I also just read about Sturgis being a super spreader again like last year and how the COVID jumped 400% since the rally. At the bottom of this reporters article was the rest of the story as the Dakota dept of health has only listed 16 cases that were for sure tied to the Sturgis rally.

im sure there will be enough alcohol to sanitize and lots of open air to breathe so I think all will be good. I’ve got bottles of ivermectin in the fridge and all critters here have had the corona vaccination which is nothing new as I’ve been giving those vaccines for lots of years.

With all that Said , if anyone so desires to attend than don’t let this year go by . It’s not official yet but it’s close enough to finally say that 2021 party at the farm is most likely the last one at this location . Which is especially sad for me as I have enjoyed sharing this place with all the fine guys and gals that love and ride Big Dog motorcycles to come and experience all that the Ozark’s has to offer at a laid back pace. It started asa place to stay for BBBQ but morphed into its own event , Party at the Farm with most not even attending any BBBQ events.

At this moment I think there is still some electrical hook ups available besides the ones already staked out by seniority members. . Bring whatever makes you comfortable, tents , trailers generators , you name it bring it. DISCLAIMER::: This statement does not apply to CAPTAIN America or CHONG. You two are full of surprises and in no way size ,shape or form should ever bring what makes you comfortable to this event .And I’m going out on a limb here and imposing these same sanctions on you two for the spring event at Knotthead’s in may.

For our friends across the pond in Finland there Will always be a place for you if It’s possible to get across the border.

Plenty of parking and safe storing of trailers or whatever is needed will be available here.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon at the FARM.

Knows some things
All my neighbors that raise chickens, have an over abundance of eggs. So when life gives you eggs, I'll be bringing lots of pickled eggs. I'll also bring some for breakfast too. The wife just said we have a ton of breakfast sausage also. I'm sure she'll be making her pickles too.

Pick up the Phantom on Tuesday. Take a few shake down rides then meet Jersey Big Mike in Decatur Al on the 21st for the ride up. Let me know how I can donate to the cause. Hotel is set.
What can I do to help?
@Jersey Big Mike going South then back North....don't try to go too far east first...haha

It's really unfortunate they have to postpone the event, not like any of us will notice a difference one way or another but that's very short notice for local business and any vendors who had planned and probably already spent time/money for what they would have needed when they get there.

I bet there will be some BBBQ 2021 shirts floating around, those had to already have been purchased.
