Hello people....i have a question about parts. I ordered parts from BDM over the phone about a week ago. still have not recieved parts. Does anyone here have experience dealing with BDM for parts? Thanks

It probably wouldn't hurt to check with them to make sure that the part isn't on permanent back-order. (kinda depends on what the part is) Be courteous when you talk with someone and that may help to speed up the order. It seems orders usually take about a week or less to get if it is in-stock. If it is something that is not in stock it would be in your favor to start looking on the net for it. Most of the minor parts that I have ordered have taken about a week to get.

it seems like there is only 2 guys in the parts dept. Bob...and Chris. I will touch base with them tomorrow. thanks

The neutral light on the anunciator is out. Do I need a new anunciator or computer board.. And where could I get the part. Bob at bdm says they don't make the part anymore. I have a 03 pitbull
Its just an led. Find an electronics repair shop and they can solder in a new one fairly cheap.

oh yea? i thought maybe it was something with the electronics under the annunciator. But your saying its most likely just the LED light? Is this a common issue?
LED's do have a lifespan. Replacing one is an easy fix. At least its the cheapest first thing to try. If that doesn't fix it your not out much and your back where you started. Lots of folks have fixed their tag LED's instead of buying an entire bracket or board. Just a thought.

it turned out to be a wiring harness issue. just got a new thunderheart module....everything works perfect now.
