Here in Phoenix there is only one BDM dealer and for some reason BDM has cut them off. I needed a speedometer and BDM told me they would no longer ship to the dealer here. I had to order it from another dealer out of state who charged me $20 over retail plus 12 in shipping. I could use a good parts supplier who stocks parts and isnt gonna gouge me. Any reccomendations

Many dealers are hurting now. Sales are low. Im sorry you over paid for your part but most companies are in way over their heads. Time will heal everything!

The shipping sounds fair, but I can understand the frustration at paying over retail. Then again...if they had it and no one else did, unfortunately they can get whatever they want for it.
Once all this B/S shakes out I think you will see some new associations here on the forum for parts suppliers that are willing to do business fairly.

On Big Dog dealers in AZ they show a shop in Mesa and another in Scottsdale can they get the part for you?

Yes, this is true. I just spoke with Victory Bigdog in Mesa and they can get parts for you. However, fyi I use Iron lightning Big Dog in Tulsa OK and for a small order comparing the same parts Iron lightning was about $40 cheaper for a order under $200 and they had the parts in stock.
I can tell you most likely every time I call either of the 2 Phoenix dealers they do not have the part in stock and Iron Lightning does

Chandler is getting to be the place a lot of builders are moving to. I just saw on another website where another manufacturer is moving to Chandler, can't remember who now but will look it up again and post it here.

I have been buying parts from Rose at Iron lightning Big Dog in Tulsa OK and have had nothing but good dealings.. can call they always have what I need (even if they go to corporate next day shipping) and parts arrive packed well and no I`m not plugging for them but have called other places and gotten let me call you back one to many times.

I dont think BDM makes that info public...I think only the dealers have it.

Watch that one in North Phoenix they are the ones that messed up my 5k service and other things.
Mesa is fine but iron Lightning is the best. I just ordered some parts from them Tuesday and everything was in stock and is on its way.
The one in Scottsdale is hacienda harley. I'm not sure what is going on with them this is the second time this year I have heard they have been cut off. I had them do some small things a few months ago and the service was good.
I'm guessing maybe they are not paying their bill or something to have been cut off twice in one year
