@kyle get a paint saver ring from @Mr. Wright. My K9 tank had a larger bubble than yours. Pulled the factory ring off, cleaned it all up, put some super glue under the paint and then held the paint down with my fingers for a minute until it sort of set. Then I put down his larger saver ring with some black RTV and put the factor ring back down on top of it. The ring Wright makes is about 1/2" or so larger all the way around but is really thin and shaped right for the tank. The finish looks great, and now I don't have to be so insanely careful when I fill it. These were done poorly from BD, which sucks, but like all things this forum has found a solution. I think we gotta give Mr. Wright credit for a lot of that
