I have a 4 oz bottle of ready to shoot Diamond Crystal Base Sapphire Blue that will go over a deep black base, hopefully creating something very close to my Sapphire Blue paint. My question is why is the Diamond Crystal Sapphire Blue look like soapy water? I mean its not blue at all but somehow has to become blue over a black base. I sure hope this works.

TRUE COLORS COLLISION
Because most likely it is only pearls, blue pearls, and when you mist that over the black basecoat, the color will turn bluer each coat you put on and the more light you put on the color the bluer it will also become..Another words the light will bounce off the blue pearls illuminating them,if there isnt much light ,well then the color will be close to black....so at night you most likely have a black looking bike and during the sunny days it is mosst likely blue......

so theres no formula, ie , black base and 3 coats of the diamond crystal.
its black base and diamond crystal until the desired hue of blue is achieved?
