What kind of help do you need, they have a new section in the forum named "Help Wanted" you might try posting there and I'm sure you'll get all the help you need. This is just a suggestion by the way... By the way I have a complete set of o-rings for sale if you need them, also another tip that helps me is to get a old egg carton and number the screws and there location, then remove each screw and place them in the numbered carton so not to get them mixed up, I also clean the threads with a wire brush before re-installing. Follow Fibernakes suggestions and you'll be good to go........

1. While off, clean the junk on the cover (wash in mineral spirits and let dry), adjust the chain tensioner, inspect the other componets.

2. Have a good toruqe wrench (inch pound over foot will give more accurate results for that section). Torque to the sequence evenly and doing it in steps to the proper amount.

3. Use Blue Loctite on the bolts threads after cleaning out the holes

4. If it is the paper gasket, silicon gasket sealer will help lessen the chance of leakage. If it is the O-ring type (like I still use), I just use a tad of grease to hold in place and torque to proper specs and in sequence.

5. Put a new inspection cover gasket on at same time for the outer primary if it has been opened up previously. If not and you do not mess with it, barring no leakage, leave it alone.

6. Recommend that you also put a new drain plug on it and torque to spec.

7. Fill up with the recommended primary lube (RevTech works for me).

8. Go ahead and get any other maintenace out of the way, air pressure, lube hemi-joints, adjust clutch cable if needed, check bolts, etc.

9. Start her up, make sure everything is normal and then go for a ride and enjoy the road.

All good points Fiber, like I have said in the past just take your time, be careful, don't force anything together (like OCC using a big hammer). If you don't have a service manual, make sure you have the right torque spec's and the right tighten seq., also don't overfill the primary case (you won't like the outcome).

Pay attention to torque spec and torque sequence pattern. Remember to put the drain plug in before refilling the primary. And yea, I may have done that! Overall it's a basic task.
