Wire Plus arrived today ! thanks Jake.. ill be installing sunday i hope!!!!
I'm not sure about the '04 but with the '05 and up you'll need to pick up a couple of in-line 20amp fuse holders. I picked up a couple from auto zone that have a waterproof covering over the fuse. And don't skimp on the crimping pliers. The set that Jake recommends are probably as good as any.

2004 and the 2005-10 need a 30 amp fuse holder for the ignition switch feed, a 20 amp for the WP module feed, ...and I HIGHLY recommend a 30 amp (2004), 40 amp 2005+ for the charging system power feed to eliminate the junk breaker by the battery. The fuse will react much faster to save your VR.

So (3) fuse holders total on all 2004-2010 models to do the job right.

Jake,
I could have sworn that the instructions said the use a 20 amp fuse for the ignition as well as the WP module feed. That's what I have in there but it's nothing to put in a different fuse. I'll get around to changing out the breaker soon. Here's what's in the instructions I went by:
Here is what the module look like after cleaning the wiring up and zip tying stuff up. A 20 amp fuse gets put on the heavy red wire coming out of the Wire-Plus module and hooked to the battery. A 20 amp fuse needs to be installed on the power wire that runs from the battery to the key switch. A 40 amp fuse on the Voltage regulator wire. I would eliminate the factory breaker on this and fuse it as I did. It will react faster and save your VR if something happens:

Good deal Chris. You won't be disappointed, Probably going to be one of the best mods you'll do to your bike.

Jake is very easy to work with and will answer any question you'll throw at him with that product. I know, I called him for the dumbest shit when I did mine.:D
