Guys,
Now that my winter project of powder coating the engine is coming to a close, I find that using the stock BD air cleaner covers up a lot of my chrome XXX, Ness pushrod tubes, and chrome intake. So here's where you guys can help. What air cleaner would you recommend? Obviously I don't want to get one of the more problematic units in terms of tuning. Your opinions are appreciated. I do like the D&M (flat nose, non spike) and the Arlen Ness velocity stacks. Let's hear what you think.

:hi: might be a small bit pricey but i think it would be worth it. find someone who can mold a desperado style out of lexan. neat, clean, and one of a kind; and will still leave the carb visible along with as much of the jugs as possible. looks good! :2thumbs:

I all honesty, if your going to the show I think a glass velocity stack would set that off. For every other day. "The clear lexan" get's my pick mod of the year award. I might have to hijack that idea myself:up:

turning it up seems a good idea - the reason I say to stay away from stacks is to keep the shit from getting inside the engine, which will fuck it up
