I'm upgrading a '06 K-9 with a S&S 117 / Baker 6 speed and tring to find a 3" belt drive open primary. Does anyone know where I can find one new or used?

Put it on a wish list and wish really hard… not many of those out there sorry to say.

Hey guys , thanks for the information and sadly I was expecting that an open primary would be hard to find. I spoke with Scott at BDL who said that at one time they were going to start supplying them but for lack of demand it was not cost effective to run them. He has a list and if it gets large enough he said he would ask his boss reconsider making them. Neverless if anyone hears of one that becomes available new or used then please let me know.

Well there is at least 100 ppl on that list. I originally started that project with Scott before they would even consider it we had to have 100 ppl email them to get the ball rolling. Well the ball got rolling so good that a bike was shipped there and they had it for about 4 to 6 months and then Scott got hurt and went out on medical leave when he got back the project had been scrapped by his boss, saying the motor plates were just going to cost to much to make.

We are all believeing in miracles for production of open belt drive for our Dogs but reality show negative point on that.I don't know what is so hard to start a productions like every other Harley open belt,so I believe not everyone put on Harley open belts but they have it on market BDL,Rivera Primo, Performance machine...
