Old stator

I have a new 3 phase system from Curtis waiting to be installed, the old stator seems to be pushing 90 volts at around 2800rpm, should be around 60?

I wonder what makes that happend and is there a easy way to fix it?
I don't see myself needing that stator any more, but if it easily fixed, it doesn't make much sense just to throw it away, somebody might need it eventually...

I don't have time to replace it before I go to Europe for summer, but I suppose somebody might need a stator at some later point too!

What do you guys think, trash or something to donate?

No one wants that thing, it’s cursed, I think Jr touched it!

But seriously, a stator usually works or it doesn’t.

My ‘05/’06 service manual says voltage can reach 100 volts.

And while voltage in a system can drop over time because the permanent magnets may get weaker than they once were, voltage at the stator really can’t increase without adding more wire windings or stronger magnets.

So I would say donate to someone that needs one, along with the flywheel.

OK, thanks. All the info I could find was that voltage should rise to about 60V.
