Old Pro-1 Triple Tree Bushings

Well, this one is probably not too hard but, got a Big Dog Running Pro-1 triple trees and it needs new handlebar bushings. Customer brought me standard Harley 1 1/4" bushings but what lives in these trees are two 1 7/16" diameter bushings with no center sleeve and they slip fit into the top tree. Needed to pry them out. I already called Pro-1 and they only sell the standard stuff and the guy sounded young and really wasn't sure when this style was manufactured. Red pen points to the one I need. If anyone has any ideas that would be great. I was looking at risers for XL and FXR on LowBrow Customs and Drag but I just don't know the specs on them.

Try Curtis at wildsteedworx or Bigdogpartsking I know someone has them. I replaced mine a couple years ago.

I'd say someone didn't put the bushing back in the middle. It needs to be in there for the bolt to tighten down right.

Old thread I know but recenty had same issue. and the Key here is the Pro One THIN bushing. the pics on the site are not correct. Spoke with PRO one before ordering and all. Once I got a set of THIN bushings it worked perfect. just wanted to share the info since I ran across this thread and someone else ma need the info.
