Old Ignition Switch Wires???

After installing the 3 wire switch necessary when going to the Wire Plus, what do you do with the 2 wires from the factory switch? Jake says (You will need to run 3 power wires for the 3 position (12 or 14 gauge min.) and 2 wires for the two position switch from under the tank to the module mounting location for the new switch.) That lost me. Do they hook to anything or do you just ignore them? Wondering if that has anything to do with my speedo acting up.

Not used, just tie the old plug off.

I'm calling it quits, yanking the speedo off and gonna make a cool housing for a GPS unit.

You could prolly do that and have speedometer but what about your tach?? Did you take your speedo apart and make sure the connections weren't broke?
