Oil temperature gauge.

Will this fit on my 2008 Mastiff?
I know it would be hidden under my seat .

Can´t remember now.... but there are two.... one being shorter/longer than the other......... someone will answer that for you.

Thing is..... do you really need it? Personally I think its a just another gadget... but, we do love gadgets!!! lol-

Does your current oil plug screw in or push in? My 03 chopper had a rubber plug that pushed in when I replaced it with a 1"double outing push in temp gauge, not threaded

So that gauge should fit but it won't work properly. The dipstick is only about 3" long so it won't reach down the fill neck. Even If it did it can't make the bend into the tank.

Hardtails the oil bag runs under the bike so it's long but not deep. Basically where you all got shocks hardtails have an oil bag under there.

Thanks for the replies!, Jonathan yes mine screws in but what Thlnfamousl said makes sense
it will not reach the oil properly and give false reading.
