oil pump question

Hi all,
my 03 chopper DT 107 cui pisses oil on my floor.
Think its a tired spring in the oil pump.
where I can get a intact spring and how do to install it?

How long has it sat since its been rode last? Maybe just sumping? This 03 Chopper sat for about a year before he started it. It all cleared up after a bit of running.
