I put a twin cam filter on my sporty years ago same problem. Twin cams have higher oil pressure and denser media in the filter, than an evo style engine.it may cause oil to back up in the base I would just get a evo filter from the HD dealer.

And there is your answer @Tattoo since your engine was NOT disassembled.....

Wrong filter and engine sump may now have too much oil in it. It will take a few minutes for it to be cycled out. Then the oil level in you're tank may be too high. If you're engine was good before it will still be ok. Just get the oil levels back correct.

Let's see some pics of the paint job.

Pics don't do justice. It's ppg base coat clear custom car paint with irradesant dry pearl. Has a crazy sparkle that looks like it takes batteries in the sun
